Schedule: Full-Time | Through End of School Year
Pay Range: $32$38/hour (based on experience)
Contract End Date: June 12th, 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with IEPs across various settings.

• Develop and implement effective, data-driven IEPs in collaboration with families and school teams.

• Use formative assessments and progress monitoring to guide instruction.

• Partner with general educators, paraprofessionals, and service providers to foster student success.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.

What Were Looking For

• Valid Maine Teaching Certificate with a Special Education endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

• Prior experience working with students with disabilities (preferred but not required)

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies
