IT: ADP, Inc. seeks Client Tech Support Consultant III at our Roseland, NJ loc. to anlyze cmplx spprt issues loggd in accrdnce w/ client SLAs, idntfyng root causes, & proposng strtegic soltns that align w/ bus objctvs. Bach's deg in Comp Sci, Comp Engg, Info Sys, or a rel'd field + 5 yrs of rel'd exp req. ADP will also accept a master's deg + 2 yrs of rel'd exp. 2 yrs of exp must incl: SAP Payroll configrtin-rules & schemas, wage types, overpaymnt funct; Postings to finance; U.S. Payroll Proc Methdlgy; SAP HCM intgrtn w/ other prdcts & Intrfces; Prprng funct spcifictns & chnge control reqsts, incl design & configrtin details; UAT; Exctng SAP regressn testing; Dlivrng client commnictns & ticket mngmnt/resoltn via CRM; Cloning of emplyee data usng DSM; Troublshootng payroll errors usng SAP payroll engine; & ABAP debugging.
