Trial law firm seeks an in person, full time hourly Front Desk Receptionist. Prior experience working in an office setting as a Receptionist required (1-3 years). Prior experience working at a law firm preferred but not required.

Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Greet any and all visitors.
- Answering and directing calls
- Receiving and saving documents (mail/email/fax)
- Organizing and updating e-files into our uniformed filing system as needed.
- Client Interaction
- Personal assistant to partners. (maintain even calendar, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Coordinate firm events
- Coordinate Focus Groups
- Maintain the office
- Maintain inventory and order Supplies
- Assist team as needed
