We collaborate closely with clients to create spaces that support patient well-being, streamline clinical workflows, and reflect the latest in healthcare design.
Qualifications:
- Architect licensed or pursuing
- Revit(preferred) or AutoCAD
- Healthcare, HCAI or OSHPD experience
- Technical skills, including creating architectural design, details, and documents
- Client communication experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and documentation of healthcare projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, engineers, and internal staff, to deliver integrated and technically sound solutions.
- Oversee the production of construction documents and specifications, ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing studio culture.
- Stay current with healthcare design trends, building codes, and sustainability practices to inform project decisions.
