Job Summary:

We are currently seeking Experienced Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, with a proven track record of success in construction, excavation, or other industrial environments. You’ll play a key role in helping us complete projects on time and within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, or forklifts depending on the project needs

  • Perform pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of equipment

  • Follow site plans, grade specifications, and blueprints

  • Load/unload materials, clear job sites, and assist with earth-moving activities

  • Communicate with foremen and crew to ensure safe and productive workflows

  • Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times

  • Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting

  • Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)

  • OSHA certification is preferred but not required

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site maps

  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
