- Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd, or Tier 3 level) to the ConEd ArcGIS- and ArcFM-based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
- Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
- Support ConED Landbase applications, including new development and troubleshooting requests.
- Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
- Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekends on a rotational base.
Required Skills/Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
- 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
- Development and coding experiences using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and .Net (C#).
- Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS Server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Ability to coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA, etc.
- Ability to understand requirements and support the team and share best practices/lessons learnt.
- Provide the status of the tickets to the client SME.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
