Seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Process/ Project Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving operational excellence.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Monitor production data and identify trends or variances.

Ø Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions.

Ø Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality.

Ø Conduct and document production trials.

Ø Review and approve operating procedures, process changes, and safety analyses.

Ø Support quality investigations and provide technical guidance.

Ø Train production staff on new and revised procedures.

Ø Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational policies.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

v BS Engineering degree with 7+ years experience as Process/ Project Engineer in process industries including chemicals, fibers, or related.

v Requires solid background in process equipment design, sizing, mass balance, heat transfer calculations.

v Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
