One of our Top Client Commercial Construction Companies in Florida seeks an experienced successful Superintendent for a General Contractor Commercial Construction.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record while being professional and a motivated self-starter.
Must have 3 to 5 years as for a commercial construction company. Experience with large projects and strong management skills as a Superintendent for Commercial Construction.
Individual must have a proven track record while being professional and a motivated self-starter with a proven track record with as successful Commercial construction Superintendent management experience.
JOB FUNCTION :
Superintendent
To oversee daily construction activities at job site.
Job Description
To manage job site and project with Professional Superintendent Management skills.
1. Quality control for all trades.
2. Ensure job-site housekeeping is maintained.
3. Able to communicate well with Project Manger and Subcontractors.
4. Responsible for safety program compliance.
5. Responsible for scope of work verification of Subcontractors.Must have a proven track record as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
Requirements:
3-5 yrs Commercial Construction Experience preferably with levels of increasing responsibility to include superintendent
