Job DescriptionPart-Time Front Desk Administrator
Location: SoDo, Seattle, WA
Schedule: 20–25 hours/week (Mon-Thur)
Department: Administrative Support
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies

Support scheduling and meeting coordination

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Assist with data entry and light clerical tasks
Qualifications:
-
Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
