Pay: $13–$15/hr | Hours: 35–40/week | Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

• Loves working with children (infants to preschoolers)
• Has experience in childcare, babysitting, or teaching
• Can manage a classroom with kindness and structure
• Works well with a team and families

Duties

• Create fun, age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and support early development
• Supervise and care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in a safe, loving environment
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and promote positive behavior
• Foster a nurturing space where every child feels included, valued, and safe

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 6 months of childcare experience preferred (nannying, babysitting, daycare)
• TB Test
• Able to pass fingerprint and background checks
• Passion for early childhood education and helping children grow

Nice To Haves

• Experience in early childhood education
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Patience, creativity, and a heart for children
