Position Overview:
Contractor duties include troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, printing issues, and computer performance. This work may be performed at the users location or via remote desktop assistance. The technician may also perform computer imaging and deployment of equipment to users.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience with Windows support.
- Proficient communication and organizational skills.
- CompTIA+ and/or A+ certifications preferred.
- Experience as a field technician or help desk support in Windows-based enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with imaging workstations using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
- Microsoft Certified Professional or higher.
- macOS certification preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted on occasion.
- Must be able to pass an MVR.
Additional Details:
- Dress code: Business casual; jeans acceptable.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
