We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team at Thrive Early Learning Center in Clarksville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and be a part of a supportive and nurturing work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants and toddlers
- Responsive caregiving and willingness to learn
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Communicating effectively with parents, team members, and administration
- Observing and documenting children's development and behavior
- Collaborating with other staff members as well as administration to ensure the overall well-being of the children
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a professional child care setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare
- Background check clearance, physical, drug screening, and 3 professional references
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain in the first 90 days
- Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
