Schedule: Part-Time | After School & Weekend Classes

CL Academy is hiring a Coding & Hackathon Instructor to lead our growing tech program and prepare students for exciting competitions like IgniteCS and Hack United.
You’ll guide middle and high school students through hands-on coding projects, hackathon challenges, and app or game development, helping them gain real-world experience and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging, project-based coding classes for middle and high school students
- Mentor students in competition preparation (IgniteCS, Hack United, etc.)
- Guide small groups through app, game, or web development projects
- Introduce programming fundamentals, algorithms, and computational thinking
- Encourage collaboration, innovation, and a growth mindset
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience of programming and/or teaching
- Proficiency in one or more of: Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with hackathons, coding contests, or project-based learning
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
