We are looking for a Project Manager Specialist to join our team!
You will be responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and timelines at once.
Responsibilities:

Manage remodeling projects from planning through completion

Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to meet deadlines

Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during the project

Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control

Review project budgets, track costs, and minimize overruns

Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track

Prepare and submit reports on project status and milestones
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in residential remodeling or construction management

Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades, and building codes

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Proficient in scheduling, project tracking, and reporting tools (Buildertrend or similar a plus)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
