Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Front Desk / HR Admin to support our recruiting and HR team during a period of growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling and coordination skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in streamlining our interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an administrative background who may be interested in growing into HR—or a new HR graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews across all stages (phone screens, manager interviews, final rounds)

  • Coordinate logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters

  • Support confidential job postings and related tasks

  • Assist with HR projects such as filing performance reviews from systems like Lattice

  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders to help keep hiring efforts on track

  • Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for scheduling needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative or coordination experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple schedules and shifting priorities

  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with HR or recruiting is a plus, but not required

  • Interest in HR as a career path is welcome

  • Must be available on-site in San Diego (remote is not an option at this time)

  • Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for scheduling needed​​​​​​​

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative background is the baseline requirement.

  • HR experience or interest is a plus, but not required.

  • Could be a new HR graduate looking to get a foot in the door.

  • Someone proactive, personable, and detail-oriented.

  • Great for someone like a mom re-entering the workforce or looking for flexible hours.

  • Must be on-site (due to logistics and collaboration needs with the team).
