Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Front Desk / HR Admin to support our recruiting and HR team during a period of growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling and coordination skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in streamlining our interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an administrative background who may be interested in growing into HR—or a new HR graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive team setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule interviews across all stages (phone screens, manager interviews, final rounds)

Coordinate logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters

Support confidential job postings and related tasks

Assist with HR projects such as filing performance reviews from systems like Lattice

Maintain communication with internal stakeholders to help keep hiring efforts on track

Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for scheduling needs
What We’re Looking For:

Strong administrative or coordination experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable managing multiple schedules and shifting priorities

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Familiarity with HR or recruiting is a plus, but not required

Interest in HR as a career path is welcome

Must be available on-site in San Diego (remote is not an option at this time)
