Candidate will provide structural design for water and wastewater facility projects. Qualified candidate should have an interest in providing structural design for Industrial Buildings, Pump Stations, Process Basins, and Treatment Facilities. Candidate will acquire experience in steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and aluminum design in addition to gaining familiarity with the building codes and structural analysis. Candidate must also have good communication skills and be able to successfully work in a multi-discipline team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- construction submittal review
- checking professional engineer calculations
- performing design and analysis of structures
Candidate must be progressing towards a BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Concentration from an ABET accredited institution. Rising Juniors and above preferred.
The position has the potential to lead to permanent employment upon completion of degree program.
May 2025 thru August 2025
