Day in the life:
· Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and polish
· Manage ‘priority seating’ and the flow of service for a busy dining room and happy hour
· Cultivate a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
· Coordinate closely with management, servers, and the kitchen to ensure peak performance
· Use of iPad technology through Sevenrooms reservation platform
· Utilize a calm, composed demeanor with the ability to multitask under pressure
· Maintain an atmosphere of calm and luxury, even during high-volume service
