Paramedics Needed ($30.69/hr or more based on experience)
Workforce1 Healthcare Career Center is partnering with top NYC healthcare providers to connect qualified Paramedics to an immediate opening at a medical transportation company in the Bronx.
Pay: Starting at $30.69/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for full-time, $2,500 for part-time (paid over 6 months) Schedule: Full-time and part-time
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Valid NYS Paramedic License and driver’s license</li>
<li>Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS</li>
<li>Clean driving record</li>
<li>Must pass background check, drug screening, and Physical Agility Test (PAT)</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver advanced life support in high-pressure situations</li>
<li>Utilize a full range of medical equipment including defibrillators, EKGs, IVs, and oxygen systems</li>
<li>Lead emergency scenes and communicate effectively with patients and allied responders</li>
<li>Drive ambulance on 911 calls and interfacility transports</li>
<li>Support community engagement and public health initiatives as needed</li>
