Job Responsibilities

100% virtual position with a flexible work schedule

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique learning needs

Provide direct, individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities

Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and school teams to promote student success

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, performance, and communication
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

Active Massachusetts Special Education License (PreK12)

Experience working with students with disabilities in school-based or virtual settings

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
