Forefront Concierge Medicine is seeking an exceptional primary care physician — board certified in internal or family medicine — who is ready to step outside the constraints of insurance and into a high-touch, low-volume (4 to 8 appointments per day), concierge team. This is an opportunity for a physician with an existing presence in the Tampa/St. Pete, community, and patients who will join them.

Forefront will significantly elevate your professional path, income, and patient health impact. Our physicians focus on proactive, preventive care, working with an intimate panel of 300 to 500 patients, supported by several NPs and PAs. Forefront handles operations, marketing, billing, compliance, and management. This practice is designed for physicians who believe that traditional medicine can be enhanced when supported by functional, wellness, lifestyle, and longevity medicine. Our physicians thrive on meaningful relationships with patients and are ready to transition away from volume-based insurance care.

Who We’re Looking For

• Board-certified primary care physician (internal or family medicine).
• Have been in the community for at least 10 years, with strong relationships among patients and specialists.
• You have the contractual ability to bring patients with you from your current or prior practice. The signing bonus will be based on the number of patients who follow you.
• You are passionate about establishing deep relationships with your patients and discussing wellness, prevention, vitality, and optimization.
• You are seeking to practice medicine with autonomy, and medical impact, not billing codes.
• You are ready to take ownership of your work again, with no red tape, no call centers, and no quotas.

• $400,000-$500,000+ total first-year compensation (including bonus), with long-term upside.
• A limited patient panel — allowing you to provide concierge-level care.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 10-plus years in Tampa/St. Pete - deep referral relationships in the community and with specialists.
• At least 100 patients between the ages of 35 and 70 who are likely to follow and can pay $6,000–$12,000 per year for a concierge membership.
• A passion for a practice that reflects your values and excellence, not corporate protocols, AND a desire to change the system and a passion to be part of this change.
• Contractual clearance or nearing the end of your term to allow transition.
