Job Description
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join their Kansas City team! 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Build/maintain client relationships </li>
<li>Lead/supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians </li>
<li>Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget </li>
<li>Mentor/train junior staff </li>
<li>Prepare project estimates and job proposals </li>
<li>Responsible for financial performance of projects </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Professional Surveyor (PS) </li>
<li>8+ years of surveying experience </li>
<li>Perform/manage land surveys including property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions and topographic surveys </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
</ul>
 
 
Salary is commensurate with experience.
