Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
What to expect:
Phase 1: Master the Fundamentals (Warehouse Associate)
- Receive, unload, and inventory incoming building materials.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with high accuracy using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
Phase 2: Lead & Influence (Transition to Team Lead)
- Assist in coordinating daily workflows and delegating tasks to the team.
- Train new hires on Evermark’s safety protocols and quality standards.
- Identify process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.
- Serve as the "go-to" person for troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor.
