Job DescriptionSalary: $20 per hour

At Community Management, were proud to provide high-quality property management services while maintaining our communities to the highest standards. Were currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Onsite Painterto join our team at a condominium property in Baton Rouge, LA.


The Onsite Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance, protection, and quality of all painted and coated surfaces throughout the condominium community. This role includes interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, minor repairs, and upkeep of common areas such as hallways, stairwells, railings, trim, fencing, and building exteriors. The Painter helps ensure the community remains visually appealing, safe, and well-maintained while supporting the service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and completing minor repairs.
  • Paint interior and exterior common areas, including trim, doors, railings, and fencing.
  • Match existing colors and finishes for a uniform appearance.
  • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Perform touch-ups, preventative maintenance, and minor drywall/wood/stucco repairs.
  • Identify areas needing repainting or repair during routine walkthroughs.
  • Follow all OSHA, HOA, and CMGT safety standards and use proper PPE.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Interact professionally with residents and communicate project needs to Supervisor.
  • Maintain tools/equipment and track paint inventory for replenishment.
  • Create work orders/service requests when issues are noticed.
  • Complete daily duty sheets and arrive on time each day.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.


Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Current driver's license and vehicle insurance is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
