Cincinnati Door & Window is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Service Technicians. If you have mechanical aptitude, a great attitude, and enjoy seeing the tangible results of your hard work, we want to teach you the trade.

What You Will Do

• Assist lead technicians in the installation and service of garage doors, openers, residential windows, and entry doors.
• Assist in the preparation and application of epoxy floor coatings.
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform on-site repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at customer homes.
• Load and unload materials and tools.

Who We Are Looking For

• Mechanical Aptitude: You don't need to be a pro, but you should be comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Physical Stamina: This is active work. You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and be comfortable working off ladders.
• Reliability & Character: We can train skills, but we can't train attitude. We need someone punctual, polite, and ready to work.
