Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and resolving issues for our facilities and offices within the food processing industry. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and data processing issues across multiple locations.
• Provide after-hours support to end users as part of a rotating schedule.
• Escalate complex problems to vendors or internal teams and collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in creating and configuring minor system enhancements in collaboration with senior team members.
• Support ongoing projects, including software updates, hardware deployments, and audio/visual event setups.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical support policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Foster a positive customer service experience while working effectively within a team environment.
• Assist in the deployment and management of endpoint devices using tools such as Autopilot/Intune.
• Contribute to the setup and management of Active Directory elements, including group policies and user accounts.• At least 3 years of experience in technical support roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including O365 and Admin Portals.
• Solid understanding of operating systems and software suites, including O365.
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools, such as Autopilot/Intune.
• Proficiency in documentation and the creation of training materials.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
