<p><strong>SpEd. CDC Educational Assistant</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hold an associates degree or higher; OR *Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR *Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment</li>
<li>Working computer knowledge</li>
<li>Multi-tasked oriented, Firm, Team Player</li>
<li>Must be able to work with small groups of students for the purpose of reinforcing skills, answering questions, providing constructive academic feedback</li>
<li>Must be a positive role model for young children</li>
<li>Excellent attendance</li>
<li>Able to follow oral and written instructions</li>
<li>Establish effective schedule and work routines</li>
<li>Able to work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work-related duties</li>
