Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be firmly committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in children's early development, guiding them through their formative years and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational experience.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.

Experience

  • Previous experience in childcare or as a preschool teacher is highly desirable.
  • Skills in infant care, toddler care, and general caregiving are beneficial.
  • Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles to support age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is preferred.
