About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale hardware lifecycle refresh projects. This role will focus on coordinating desktop, laptop, rugged laptop, multi-function printing device replacements, and operating system (OS) upgrades across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in IT project management, hands-on exposure to hardware replacement projects, and advanced skills with Microsoft Suite tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage annual hardware refresh cycles for desktops, laptops, rugged laptops, and multi-function printing devices.
• Coordinate OS upgrades and ensure smooth deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Use Excel for project financials and load schedules into enterprise scheduling systems.
• Manage projects using Microsoft Project / Microsoft Planner for tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally within hardware refresh, OS upgrades, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Project, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CSAM/CHAMP certification preferred but not required.
