Your Role: Architect/Project Designer
What You'll Do:
- Take charge of architectural tasks with guidance from senior team members while stepping into leadership roles on select projects
- Translate established standards into polished documents, drawings, and presentations that impress clients
- Develop architectural solutions on smaller projects or segments of larger-scale work, building portfolio-worthy achievements
- Lead research on product and system innovations to inform your designs
- Head code analysis, specification development, and construction administration for assigned projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage small to medium project with growing autonomy.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of architectural design experience
- Licensure preferred but not required- title and duties dependent on licensure status
- Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills - with the ability to listen actively and translate client/team needs into real solutions
- Ability to travel to off-site projects and offices
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
