We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and lead installation projects for residential and commercial clients. Position Summary
As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will take charge of HVAC installation projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee job sites, coordinate team members, ensure all work meets code requirements, and deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals

Manage installation crews and subcontractors on job sites

Ensure all work complies with local and state codes and safety regulations

Conduct system start-ups and performance tests

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate job progress

Provide excellent customer service and job site professionalism
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience, including 1+ years in a lead role

EPA Universal Certification (Required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and electrical systems

Ability to lead a team and work independently

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied environments

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school a plus
