<p>We are currently seeking to hire a Field Superintendent to join our team!</p>
<p>You will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assign job duties to all the employees&nbsp;</li>
<li>Scope out all new projects, and perform floor/ceiling plan layout</li>
<li>Mobilize all resources (tools, equipment, supplies and&nbsp;raw materials) to the new projects</li>
<li>Maintain close coordination with the project manager / estimator</li>
<li>Track progress against schedule and budget</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction, supervision</li>
<li>Well versed with commercial construction; specifically with means and methods as it applies to metal framing and drywall</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with customers (general contractor)</li>
<li>Architectural blueprint reading</li>
</ul>
