Endoscopy Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Endoscopy Clinical Coordinator to oversee daily operations of our endoscopy unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This full-time leadership role involves supervising nursing staff, managing clinical standards, and coordinating endoscopic procedures, with on-call duties once a week and every 5th weekend within 30 minutes of call. The coordinator will support staffing, monitor infection control, ensure compliance with regulations, provide staff education, manage budgets and equipment, and collaborate with medical teams.

Requirements include a BSN, Vermont RN license, BLS and ACLS, 3-5 years in endoscopy or perioperative care, and 1-2 years leadership experience.
