Hardware Engineer opportunity w/ Mfr. of test/measurement instruments e.g. oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers etc. for next gen high-performance communication, consumer electronics & computer products. Resp. include: design & layout of complex high-frequency PCBs & packages. Architecting precision, high-speed mixedsignal circuitry, acquisition systems, complex board design, sys. analysis & debugging. Develop existing & designing next gen high value-added instruments. Design test fixtures & automated test routines for prototype testing. Requires: Analysis proficiency; analysis circuit designs; document engineering results, communicate w/ worldwide team; Collaboration w/ Software, Firmware & Mechanical Engs; expert in CAD for schematic entry & simulation tools, e.g. Cadence (PSPICE) & Ansys (HFSS); proficient in usual PC Apps. Apply academic knowledge of digital signal processing, high-speed mixed-signal design, signal integrity, transmission lines, RF/microwave concepts; precision electronic design, & general electronic design. Must understand circuits in the frequency & time domain & use of test equip. e.g.
Spectrum & Network Analyzers & Digital Oscilloscopes. Design simulation analysis w/ Orcad, PSpice, Excel,
Ansys tools, MatLab & Python or
