Product Control Specialist

DO & BE FASHION INC is looking for a Production Control Specialist.

Location of Employment: Deer Park, New York

Hours of Work Per Week: Full-time, 40 Hours, 5 Days

Salary: $126,526.00 per year

Job Duties:

1. Use production management software to create and monitor schedules, ensuring timely delivery through real-time data analytics.
2. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors via digital platforms to ensure quality control and resolve production delays.
3. Develop and implement automated procedures for high-quality, efficient production aligned with industry standards.
4. Utilize Six Sigma tools and Minitab software for data-driven quality control, using SPC methods and quality indicators (e.g., CPK, PPK) to continuously improve production.
5. Implement AI-powered inspection systems for real-time quality monitoring, defect detection, and compliance with brand standards.
6. Leverage data analytics and machine learning to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• At least 3 years of work experience in quality control, product data processing, or production quality control within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid practical experience with SQL, SSIS, Minitab, MAS, HTML, CSS, and machine learning algorithms.
