Project Leads/Designers

Project Leads/Designers for Home Haslegrave Inc. dba Home Studios to work at our Brooklyn, NY loc. May telecommute up to 3 days/wk. Create residential & hospitality interiors w/ Creative Director, Sr Designer, & project team. Oversee teams & individuals across all design phases. Work on selection, specification, & detailing of all project elements. Create & doc custom furniture & lighting. Create design presentations, drawing sets, & FF&E/finish specs. Source FF&E & assist w/ purchase orders & deliveries. Construction admin. & site visits. Coordinate w/ vendors, contractors & clients. Work 10AM-7PM. Limited national travel to client sites involved, not to exceed 60 days/yr or 5 days in single trip. Must have Bach in Interior Design, Architecture, or rel field and 3 yrs rel interior design exp. Alternatively, must have Masters in Interior Design, Architecture, or rel field and 2 yrs rel interior design exp. All applicants must have 1 yr in required skills: Managing internal and external deadlines; AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; Project Phases including Moodboard/Concept Design, Schematic Package, Design Development, and Construction Documentation; Designing and documenting custom furniture; drawing sets; and CA and custom fabrication.
