Software Engineer - New York, NY. Engineer/develop mission-critical simulation orchestration & analytical software tools. Design, engineer, implement & improve features & products for company's quantitative research software platform. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related IT field + knowledge of: Python; Java; ReactJS; relational database concepts & complex SQL queries construction; ability to engineer software automation functions & software system testing processes using algorithmic approach to solving software system reliability problems; root cause analysis of software systems for identification & addressing of underlying cause of performance problems in software systems; distributed & large-scale software systems design, implementation & maintenance; software automation techniques for streamlining of processes & efficiency improvement; debugging of complex software systems; performance modeling; software systems design for scalability. Must pass company's required skills assessment. Base pay: $165k-$325k/year (does not include other forms of compensation/benefits).
