Legal: Sullivan & Cromwell LLP seeks Senior Associate, General Practice Group, in New York, NY under supervision of partners: Advise clients on a variety of complex transactions involving intellectual property and technology, as well as strategize on acquisitions, carveouts, mergers, and sell-side transactions across multiple industries including retail, technology, software, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Requirements: JD or foreign equivalent. Experience in job offered or related occupation must include at least three (3) years of experience at an international law firm: researching, analyzing, reviewing and drafting memoranda, contracts and other agreements and legal documents relating to intellectual property and technology transactions; researching, analyzing, reviewing and drafting memoranda, contracts and other agreements and legal documents relating to business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, licensing transactions and financing transactions; advise corporate clients on applicable laws and regulations related to legal and regulatory compliance as they apply to business transactions; develop and present training materials for junior and mid-level associates; and execute on certain business development and internal firm administrative initiatives. Must be admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York. Offered salary is between $365,000 and $435,000 per year. 40 hours per week.
