<li>Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing</li>

Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Being AED/CPR certified</li>
<li>Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness</li>
<li>Have at least 2 years of experience in personal training and/or group fitness lessons.</li>
<li>Be available for the OTF FitCert training. This is a week long training - Monday to Friday - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.</li>
