If you are selected as an instructor, there will be two courses you need to complete to become a certified Studio Pilates Instructor:
Anatomy Course:
The Anatomy Course provides the prerequisite knowledge to move into your Platinum Certification. In the Anatomy Course, you learn all about the body's bones, joints, and muscles, which is important for understanding exercise biomechanics and injury rehabilitation after you graduate. This course must be completed before the Platinum Course.
Note - if you hold one of the following certificates, you will not need to complete the Studio Pilates Anatomy Course (approximately 40 hours of study).
- Group Fitness Instructor Certification (Accrediting Body: ACE, AFAA, NASM, or NCSF)
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) (Accrediting Body: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or NCSF)
- Certified Pilates Instructor (already qualified mat or reformer instructor)
- Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (or a student who has completed at least 1st year)
- Bachelor’s in Exercise Science/Kinesiology (or a student who has completed at least 1st year)
- Physical Therapist (or a student who has completed at least 1st year)
Platinum Instructor Training:
Through our world-class Studio Pilates Platinum Instructor Training, you will become Pilates certified and you will be taught skills that will set you apart from other instructors. You'll receive access to Studio Pilates' most exclusive and comprehensive training resources and benefit from the face-to-face course, which will consolidate your knowledge and help you practice your instruction in a practical environment. The Platinum Instructor Training aims to empower Studio Pilates instructors with the knowledge and skills to become the world's most elite and qualified Pilates Instructors.
PLEASE NOTE: the face-to-face component of the Platinum Instructor Training will be 5 days, from Jan 25 - Jan 29, 2026. The student then completes mentoring in a “live studio environment” immediately following the course. You must be available for the training and allocated mentoring shifts.

Interested in becoming the next SLT Megastar Instructor? Are you charismatic? Fitness-obsessed? Energetic and enthusiastic? Are you reliable and professional AF? Do you genuinely care about people and love telling them what to do? Well then, you sound perfect!
 
We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable people with a passion for fitness to join our SLTeam! Our training program will teach you everything you need to know about the SLT method, the Megaformer and how to teach and motivate clients to strengthen, lengthen, and tone their bodies. Our unique classes are high energy, low impact and full-body. The combination of strength training, Pilates, and cardio will leave you shaking, sweating, and completely hooked on the reSuLTs.
 
SLTEAM PERKS
Once approved to teach at SLT, Instructors are expected to teach at least 6 classes per month, in addition to subbing classes and attending company continuing education workshops.
