Scope of Position:
The Aquatics Specialist 3- Lead Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the aquatic facility. Directing staff and enforcing patron rules.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge Required: Read, write, and speak English language to express ideas and communicate effectively; safe aquatics practices.
Skills Required: Use of aquatic equipment and cleaning supplies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Monitor lifeguard performance and implement training strategies ie.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly audits</li>
<li>Respond to emergency situations and if necessary, administer CPR/First Aid.</li>

<li>Participate in In-Service training, orientations and other staff meetings as requested.</li>
<li>Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the natatorium, e.g. hosing, vacuuming, picking up litter, etc.</li>

Member Experience:

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 30% of fitness assessment prospects should purchase personal training
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 100% of non-training time should be spent developing relationships to increase clientele, creating programming for clients that cannot participate in Level 10, helping the front desk with customer service, cleaning, and re-racking weights
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Trainers should be on time and ready for all training sessions 100% of the time

Certification / Experience:
