Fitness Coordinator:

Job Duties:

Fitness Manager Expectations and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>GROW YOUR TEAM by Leading, training and developing a team of Personal Trainers.</li>
<li>Increase Personal Training revenue and profitability through managing sales performance, sessions serviced growth, quality of personal training experience and payroll management</li>
<li>Responsible for creating new business opportunities by engaging our members off the floor and growing the active client base.</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Current CPR/AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge</li>
<li>Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification and/or 4-year Related Degree (e.g. Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, etc.)</li>
<li>Previous personal training management experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>
<li>Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting &amp; prolonged standing and walking</li>
<li>Must be able to frequently lift and/or move weight in excessive of 50 pounds</li>
</ul>
