What you’d be responsible for:

<li>They will be dynamic leaders who bring out the best in their teams through mentorship, motivation, and hands-on leadership.</li>
<li>Hold or willing to get a current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate </li>

The Equipment Group Manager serves as the business manager for the equipment resource functions of the organization. &nbsp;Assumes full responsibility for providing support in the form of organizational equipment &nbsp;needs which ensure the on-time completion of projects within final project budget and schedule, while maintaining the Company's high standards of safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee growth. &nbsp;Provides overall direction of the equipment division to include equipment purchasing, equipment rental, maintenance, and logistics of all corporate equipment needs.
Leads equipment teams to identify, minimize, and eliminate risks associated with work activities. &nbsp;Works with teams to establish division safety goals; leads the effort to achieve and celebrate safety goals. &nbsp;Has an excellent understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements. &nbsp;Has a valid drivers' license and is approved to drive company vehicles.

What you’d be responsible for: 
In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn and build, in this role, you’ll also be: 
<ul>
<li>Teaching our daily Pedalheads camp programs for children ages 2-12 years</li>
<li>Actively introduce children new bike skills</li>
<li>Ensure the health and safety of children at camp</li>
<li>Act as a positive role model and leader at all times</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress </li>
</ul>
Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 
Here are some of the skills / specifics that are important for this role: 
<ul>
<li>You will be at least 16 years of age by the start of camp</li>
<li>Comfortable leading a group of up to 6 children (training provided)</li>
<li>Committed to keeping our campers safe</li>
<li>You are energetic, creative, motivated and fun</li>
<li>Hold or willing to get a current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate </li>
<li>Criminal record check required for ages 18+</li>
<li>You have access to a bike and helmet and can ride a bike proficiently</li>

 Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. Youll laugh. Youll break a sweat. Youll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do. Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>Flexibility We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)</li>
<li>Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional</li>
<li>Saturdays: mornings are required</li>
<li>A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role. </li>
