What You’ll Do

As a Personal Trainer, you’ll be more than just a coach—you’ll be a motivator, mentor, and game-changer for our members.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assess &amp; Personalize – Evaluate clients’ fitness levels, goals, and health history, creating tailored programs that deliver results.

What You Bring
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) or currently in the process of obtaining certification.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in personal training or group fitness coaching (preferred).
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A passion for helping others succeed and a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can command a room and lead with confidence.
