✔ Coach dynamic, high-energy group workouts that motivate and inspire members ✔ Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels ✔ Ensure cleanliness and organization – sanitize equipment, reset the room, and set up for the next day (night shift) ✔ Assist members with recovery services – including cold plunge and compression therapy ✔ Support the sales process – provide an incredible trial experience and help convert trial members into full-time members
