POSITION DESCRIPTION
KidsTek's mission is to increase technology literacy at Colorado's highest needs schools by providing tuition-free computer skills classes.
The Computer Instructor will lead and coordinate all computer lab activities including lesson preparation and instruction. Programs are held at local schools using their computers.
Instruction includes preparing and teaching progressively advanced computer skills through fun class projects. These projects use the power of the internet, the most used productivity software, and multimedia applications.
REQUIREMENTS
KidsTek is seeking candidates that have a background in working with diverse groups of children, a background in education and computer skills, including proficiency with the most common productivity software and online activities. Candidates must have solid classroom management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands patience, flexibility, creativity, and independence.

 What Youll Need to Succeed

<li>Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement</li>
<li>Pilates or group fitness experience (preferred, not required)</li>

We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel welcome, and that theyre an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after theyve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. Were hiring and heres what you need to know about working in a company that exudes positivity, passion, expertise and growth. As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

<li>Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts</li>
<li>Helping members set and achieve goals</li>
<li>Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent</li>
<li>Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing</li>
<li>Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout</li>
<li>Being a team player</li>

Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Being AED/CPR certified</li>
<li>Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness</li>
</ul>
