Litigation Attorney - Commercial

Fulltime in office position in the beginning however after 6 months+ and proven self starter and self sufficient, can transition to Hybrid schedule.-


Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial Law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings. This position aims to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on commercial litigation cases.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide appropriate legal advice.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all proceedings and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation or construction law
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skills in Family Law are a plus.
