Local Dealership is currently seeking 1 Quick Lane Service Technician to join their team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous experience at an automotive shop
  • Strong understanding of the service inspection process
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively

Responsibilities

  • As a Quick Lane Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive services, including but not limited to brakes, alignments, tune-ups, minor engine repairs, and suspension work
  • In this position, you will be expected to complete vehicle check-up report cards accurately, ensure proper torque of lug nuts using a torque wrench, inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary, and identify all vehicle needs of safety concern along with recommended maintenance
  • You will also be responsible for returning all vehicles to customers in a clean condition and providing excellent customer service, keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first
  • Complete vehicle check-up report cards accurately
  • Ensure proper torque of lug nuts using a torque wrench
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Identify all vehicle needs of safety concern and recommended maintenance
  • Return all vehicles to customers clean
  • Provide excellent customer service, keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first
