Design
As a Drafter in a design team your personal skills will allow you to coordinate effectively with your Designer and others. During design you are a crucial part of the design team, your professionalism and experience is relied on to complete projects. Your Project Engineer and Discipline lead depend on you for:

<li>Field observations</li>
<li>File creation in Industrial Designs authoring format</li>
<li>Sheet creation</li>
<li>Block/family creation</li>
<li>Annotations</li>
<li>Plotting</li>

<li>Following design standards (text height, annotation standards, view usage etc.)</li>

The day-to-day responsibilities will require task coordination with your Project Engineer. Your Project Engineer will coordinate with you on content for plans, sections, elevations, and details to accomplish the design intent. It should be understood, to develop construction documents there will be several changes and iteration until the overall design intent is achieved. As design progress you may be asked to participate by your Design or Discipline lead in:

Construction Administration
During the construction phase of a project. Our completed package is given to a general contractor to onboard trades for construction. During this phase of a project, we will receive Request for Information (RFI) and Submittals (verification of items being purchased per spec). These are mainly the responsibility of your designer based on the impact these items will have on construction. An incorrect RFI or submittal could exponentially affect a project and should be taken as seriously as design. Your main responsibilities during this are to:

<li>Revise the package based on RFI response.

<li>Rev cloud and triangles</li>
</ol>

<li>Update models</li>
<li>Convert construction as builds into our design documents for record set (red to black)</li>

CNC LASER OPERATOR Details:
<ul>
<li>Temp-to-Hire position</li>
<li>$20.00 to $27.00 /hour</li>
<li>Full Time work available</li>
<li>Second Shift (Monday through Friday)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Load correct raw material using overhead crane and/or forklift </li>
<li>Load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the machine </li>
<li>Monitor cutting performance and make appropriate operator level adjustments as required</li>
<li>Perform operator level maintenance as needed, daily as scheduled</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation required for production and maintenance</li>
<li>Remove parts and skeleton from laser table after cutting is complete</li>
</ul>
CNC LASER OPERATOR Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>2 years plus of experience with laser cutting machines or similar CNC machinery</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to operate overhead crane and forklifts </li>
<li>Ability to use general measurement devices, tape measure, calipers, gauges, etc.</li>
</ul>

<li>Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment</li>
</ul>
