About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading teams, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll play a key part in making sure our clients’ facilities are safe, clean, and fully functional—both for the people who work there and the communities our client serves. You’ll be the go-to person for managing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and helping our client to continuously improve how they do things.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead a team of maintenance and custodial staff at one of our clients’ facilities, making sure everything from building systems to outdoor grounds are in top shape. Whether it's keeping the HVAC humming, ensuring safety procedures are followed, or guiding your team through a tricky repair, you’ll have a hand in it all. Your leadership will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who uses our spaces.

- Tackle smaller repairs yourself (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and coordinate with other departments for larger fixes.
- Keep tools, equipment, and supplies organized and in good working condition.
- Respond to emergencies 24/7 as needed (you’ll be a hero when something unexpected pops up).
Safety & Security
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the building and grounds are safe and secure.
- Lead fire drills, follow safety protocols, and make sure we’re up to code.
- Communicate with fire departments and other agencies for inspections or emergencies.
Organizational Impact
- Contribute ideas for improving how our client works—whether it’s making a process more efficient or solving a recurring issue in a smarter way.
- Use data and performance insights to guide decisions and track progress.
What You Bring
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Experience leading teams and juggling multiple responsibilities at once.
