Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with strong communication and sales skills? Our farm equipment and sporting goods business is looking for a versatile Parts & Sales Coordinator to join our team! You’ll help manage farm equipment parts, assist with sales and marketing of gun safes, stock inventory, and perform inventory control tasks.

Compensation:
$18 - $22+/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by looking up and sourcing farm equipment parts
- Manage and organize parts inventory for repair and sales needs
- Assist with sales and marketing of gun safes and other products
- Stock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and perform regular counts
- Record and track part sales and repair work using inventory systems
- Track records for parts warranties
- Order parts that meet cost and quality standards
- Interface with service technicians and other team members
- Assist with promotions or marketing initiatives as needed
- Employ strong communication and customer service skills when working with customers and vendors
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to safely lift and move parts and materials (up to 75 lbs)
- Knowledge of farm equipment parts and basic sales/marketing skills preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in parts, inventory, or a related field
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills
- Management experience is a plus, but not required
